To connect Google and Outlook using Outlook4Gmail, you must install the add-in on your Windows PC, authorize your Google account, and configure your data sync rules. The tool acts as a bridge to synchronize contacts, calendars, and tasks between Classic Microsoft Outlook and your Google accounts. Step 1: Install the Add-In Close your Microsoft Outlook application completely.
