To connect Google and Outlook using Outlook4Gmail, you must install the add-in on your Windows PC, authorize your Google account, and configure your data sync rules. The tool acts as a bridge to synchronize contacts, calendars, and tasks between Classic Microsoft Outlook and your Google accounts. Step 1: Install the Add-In Close your Microsoft Outlook application completely.
Download the installation file from the official Outlook4Gmail Download Page.
Run the .exe setup file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
Reopen Microsoft Outlook. You will see a new Outlook4Gmail tab added to your top menu bar. Step 2: Authorize Your Google Account Click the Outlook4Gmail tab in the Outlook ribbon menu. Open the Account Section and click Add Account.
Enter your Gmail credentials in the secure Google OAuth login window that appears.
Grant the necessary permissions for the tool to access your Google data.
Note for Password Changes: If you change your Google password in the future, navigate back to this section and click the Refresh/360-arrows button to re-authorize. Step 3: Configure Your Sync Rules

Navigate to Configure Calendars Sync Rules in the application ribbon. Select your desired Google account and click Get Calendars.
Match your Google calendar to the corresponding Outlook calendar folder.
